Does P90X Really Work? the Workout Schedule

Does p90x really work and is it really worth all the media hype it has garnered? There are 12 DVD routines in the schedule. There are 11 regular routines; the 12th and last is for ab exercise called Ab Ripper X. The DVD 1 is for the Chest and Back, 2nd is Plyometrics, 3rd is for the shoulder and arms, 4th is Yoga X, 5th is for the Legs and Back, 6th is Kenpo X, 7th is X Stretch, 8th is Core Synergistics, 9th is for the Chest, Shoulders and Triceps, 10th is for the Back and Biceps, 11th is Cardio X and 12th as mentioned is Ab Ripper X. The schedule also includes an instructional DVD to demonstrate the work out plans from week 1 to the 13th final week. The P90X program works you out for 6 days a week for 13 weeks or three months for about 60 to 90 minutes.
